The hotel's location is fantastic, just 2-3 minutes from Masjid Nabwi gate, and very close to Al-Haram. The rooms, while comfortable, were allocated without checking for water leakage in the washroom. The service was efficient, with staff being very friendly and helpful. Dining options were good, although seating was limited. The facilities are decent, and overall, the stay was satisfactory.
